High Temperature Silicone Viscosity Standards
Brookfield viscosity silicone standards enable convenient and reliable calibration of Brookfield laboratory rotational viscometers and rheometers. Silicone-based viscosity standards are less temperature-sensitive than mineral oils. The high-temperature silicone fluids are Newtonian liquids calibrated at 25°C, 93.3°C, and 149°C. These fluids have a viscosity accuracy of ±1% and are recommended to be used with the Brookfield Thermosel accessory. It is advisable to replace the viscosity standards on an annual basis.
