Pollution and cross-contamination
Contamination in the air, spread by foot and wheels in production, processing and storage areas can affect business in many ways, they can also result in interruption of production, reduce income, and in severe cases, they can destroy the reputation of companies.
Conventional contamination control focuses on air cleanliness and personnel movement – but the real problem is at floor level, which is why control of contamination on the floor is vital.
What is not visible is also a problem.
Small, light particles (5um) that cannot be seen with the naked eye are called molecular impurities floating in the air. They can be present for several hours in the critical environment, where they quickly spread and contaminate the atmosphere.

Why pollution control is important
For pharmaceutical laboratories, car manufacturing, hospitals, food processing units, optical clinics, IT research centers and other areas, contamination entering the critical environment is an increasing problem.
